Day-of Services

You have embraced engagement bliss and have planned every single detail of your special day. Come the day of, what's a blushing bride to do? Is it possible to be a radiant, carefree bride and control-freak wedding coordinator all-in-one? Enter Day-of Services. 

Day-Of Services includes organization and completion of all the important details starting from a few weeks prior until the day-of. It includes the planning of timeline progression and organization of your wedding vendors. We will attend your wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception to ensure all runs smoothly from start to finish. Another checkmark in our exceptional customer service.

Full Service Coordination

altAre your a DIFM Bride?  As in "Do-It-For-Me." Understandable! Why get caught up in all the details and unnecessary headaches when there are professionals that love those details and do that for a living. 

If you're not one for information overload, then brace yourself because here are a few things we're including in our most comprehensive package yet.

  • Explain and guide you through the entire event process
  • Planning and coordination of your wedding day
  • Assist you with finding and securing your vendors
  • Schedule meetings with all your vendors. If needed, coordinator will attend meetings with you to make sure all pertinent questions are asked and answered
  • Meet with you on a regular basis leading up to your wedding
  • Be in contact with you and your vendors frequently in the month prior to your wedding
  • Attend your rehearsal, ceremony and reception and act as a point-person for vendors 
  • Execute all the details on the Day-Of to ensure the event is a success
