Wedding Consultation Services

Phone Meeting:
Consultant will conduct a structured phone conference in either two (2) 1-hour sessions or four (4) ½ hour sessions, totaling 2 hours. Per phone call conversation, there will be an agenda to discuss the logistics of Timeline Development, Wedding Etiquette, Vendor Referrals and Expert Recommendations on key factors throughout the wedding planning process. This valuable consultation is not only educational, but will allow you the ability to lean on the expertise, foresight and knowledge of a successful wedding planner. 

Day of Coordination:
Includes the following:

Timeline Development:  This stage involves the development of a tentative schedule for the day of the event and is done at the time of signing.

Timeline Review: 2-weeks prior to the event the couple will resend their current timeline to the consultant for review and discussion.

Rehearsal:  Up to one hour intended to establish communication with your entire wedding party & family and bring everyone onboard with the timeline and their specific roles.

Wedding Day: The coordinator will be present two hours prior to the beginning of the event until the end of the formal program generally striving to insure everything goes as planned (per the final timeline submitted by clients) during the event.
